CrossWind is the realization of a dream God gave me years ago; it's the dream of being part of a group of people that love God and want to spread his love to people around us. I believe the church should be culturally relevant, even cutting edge in its attempt to make real the love of God for all people. A person's background, abilities, ethnic group, and social standing in no way determine his or her importance to God or to fellow believers, and this value is part of the DNA of CrossWind. I'm excited about what is happening with Crosswind; I am even more exicted about what the future holds for all of us! |

Crosswind is a place where I feel at home, and a group of people that honestly care about me. As Facilities Team Leader, it's my responsibility to oversee the set up and tear down for each Sunday. God is mysterious! He has put me in this place of leading the creative arts ministry of CW, which is never what I would have dreamed of doing! But, I see how he is using my skills to pull together this exciting part of CW's ministry. Crosswind is dedicated to serving the children in the community in a fun and imaginative way that nourishes them spiritually. Promiseland is an inventive and relevant Children’s ministry that uses creative teaching methods that children of any age can enjoy. It is a place where kids can come and connect with others their own age, learn a spiritual lesson relevant to them, grow in their relationship with God and just have a great time! I want to do everything I can to make Promiseland a place where every child who comes cannot wait till the next Sunday when they can come back!
